GiGi Events Ph specializes in six event types: Children's Birthday Parties (themed), Debut Celebrations (18th birthdays), Weddings (ceremony and reception), Christenings and Baptisms, Anniversaries, and Corporate Events. If you have a different celebration in mind, feel free to reach out — we love working on unique occasions!
We recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially for weekend events and peak seasons (December, Valentine's Day, school graduation months). For major events like weddings and debuts, booking 3 to 6 months in advance is ideal. For smaller events like christenings and birthday parties, 4 to 8 weeks notice is typically sufficient. That said, don't hesitate to message us even for last-minute inquiries — we do our best to accommodate!
Yes! GiGi Events Ph offers two main services: Event Styling (full venue transformation with custom-themed decorations, backdrops, balloons, florals, props, and immersive tablescapes) and Event Coordination (complete logistics management, vendor supervision, timeline creation, and on-day coordination). You can avail of either service individually or bundle both for a completely seamless and worry-free event experience.
Absolutely — in fact, we encourage it! Your vision is our blueprint. We work with any theme, from character-based children's parties (Bluey, Disney Princesses, Superheroes) to sophisticated adult concepts (Bohemian, Rustic, Minimalist, Garden, Old Hollywood, and more). If you have a concept, a mood board, or even just a colour palette in mind, share it with us and we'll bring it to life with creativity and precision.
Yes! While we are based in Quezon City, we serve events across Metro Manila and surrounding areas. For events outside Metro Manila, we may need to discuss logistics and travel arrangements as part of your package. Please message us with your event location and we'll be happy to advise on availability and coverage.

Our Event Styling service covers full venue transformation tailored to your theme. This can include: custom backdrop design and installation, balloon arrangements and garlands, floral arrangements and centrepieces, props and signage, table styling and linens, dessert or welcome table setup, and immersive thematic décor elements. Each package is customized to your event type, guest count, and vision — so we'll discuss exactly what's included during your consultation.
Yes — we work with virtually any venue, including function halls, restaurants, home backyards, gardens, and more. One of our strengths is the ability to transform any space, regardless of its existing aesthetic, into a cohesive and beautiful event environment. If possible, sharing photos or a floor plan of your venue in advance helps us plan the styling layout and make the most of the space available.
